We, at Bajaj Sanjay Poultry farm, Badshahpur, Gurugram, fully understand the need to streamline food safety activities by implement food safety management systems (FSMSs, to ensure effective food safety practices, comply with the necessary regulatory requirements, meet the specifications of food chain customers downstream, and provide consumers with a high level of confidence in the products they purchase it is strictly implemented by putting in place steps which will prevent them happening, monitoring those steps ensure they are working and documenting the principles can be applied to any stage of production, processing, storage and transportation. We give foremost emphasis on the Hygiene in the entire chain as we under-stand seriously the this aspect is very critical to food safety.

We take due care to observe strict norms to eliminate all types of physical, chemical & biological hazards. The issues relating to food safety, bio-security, animal welfare, egg labeling and environmental sustainability to receive top priority, These safety programs are audited by a registered third party auditor at regular inter-vats which provide a high degree of assurance the our products/eggs are produced, processed, packages, stored and transported in accordance with strict food safety requirements.

We always take into account the potential food safety hazards associated with each stage of the production process by conducting conduct a hazard analysis to determine the likelihood by having periodical management reviews to generate recommendations for improvement in the structure of the food safety management system, allocation of resources, mitigation plans for identified risks, and strategic planning for future needs of the organization with respect to food safety requirements.
