At Bajaj S.K., we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to deliver the highest quality Ghee and egg products.However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept any returns for Ghee and egg products once delivered. However, we accept replacement of the products within 12 hours of delivery under the following conditions:
3.1.1 Email us at skbajaj13@gmail.com or call us at 9811565673 within 6 hours of delivery.
3.1.2 Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the products.
3.2.1 Our team will assess your claim and may request additional information or photos to verify the issue.
3.3.1 If your replacement is approved, you will receive a Replacement Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to proceed.
3.3.2 Replacement items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of Replacement Authorization.
3.4.1 Products that are not in their original packaging or have been partially consumed.
3.4.2 Requests made after the 12-hour window post-delivery.
4.1.1 We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all you to return our products at the time of delivery if due to some reason you are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the products. We will take the returned products back with us and issue refund.
4.2.1 Once your Return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
4.2.2 Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.Please contact customer support for any further assistance regarding this issue.
5.1.1 Milk and Egg products once delivered are neither replaceable nor returnable due to any reasons.
5.1.2 Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for perishable items products to a change of mind or personal preference.
5.1.3 Improper Storage: Returns will not be accepted for items that have been improperly stored or handled after delivery.
7.1.1 Inspection: Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
7.1.2 Storage: Ensure that all items are stored appropriately to maintain their quality and safety.
