Shipment Policy

Welcome to Bajaj S.K.! We are committed to delivering Ghee and egg products right to your doorstep. Please take a moment to read our shipment policy to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience.


2. Order Processing Time

2.1 Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately.

2.2 Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

3.1 Local Delivery within Gurugram:

  • Orders over INR100: Free delivery within our local delivery zones.
  • Orders under INR100: A flat rate of INR20.00 for delivery within our local delivery zones.
  • Delivery time: 1-2 business days.

3.2 Express Shipping:

  • Available at an additional cost for urgent orders.
  • Delivery time: 1 business day.

4. Packaging

  • All products are carefully packaged in cartoon pack for Ghee and paper pulp pack for Eggs to ensure they remain fresh during transit.
  • Our packaging is designed to maintain optimal temperature for up to 48 hours.

5. Delivery Days

We deliver our products from Monday to Sunday.


6. Delivery Instructions

  • Please provide specific delivery instructions at the checkout if you have any special requests or a preferred delivery location.
  • If you are not home at the time of delivery, our delivery personnel will follow your instructions or leave the package in a safe location.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only ship to addresses within Gurugram only. We do not ship outside Gurugram region.
  • We do not ship to restricted areas or military addresses.

8. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the link provided in the email.

9. Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any items are damaged or if you receive the wrong items, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • We guarantee the freshness of our products. If you are not satisfied with the quality, please contact our customer service within 12 hours of delivery.
