A. This website www.bajajpoultry.com (Website referred to as the “Platform”) is operated and managed by the Company.

These terms of use (“Terms”) govern Your use of the Platform, and for the purpose of these Terms the Company may wherever context so require, be also referred to as, "We", "Us", or "Our" and the terms “You”, “Your”, “Visitor” or “User” refer to user of the Platform. We value the trust You place in Us. That’s why, We maintain reasonable security standards for securing the transactions and Your information.

4.1 Products: We offer dairy, milk, and egg products for sale. All products are subject to availability.

4.2 Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our Products. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions or images are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

4.3 Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product we supply or to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

5.1 Order Placement: By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected Products in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Order Confirmation: Upon receiving your order, we will send an order confirmation email. This email is only an acknowledgment of your order and does not constitute acceptance.

5.3 Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or reject your order at our sole discretion. Once your order is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email.

6.1 Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Currency (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping and handling fees, which will be added to your total order amount at the time of checkout.

6.2 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. All Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

6.3 Pricing Errors: In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

7.1 Shipping: We will ship the Products to the address provided by you during the order process. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

7.2 Delivery: Currently, We deliver only within Gurugram, Haryana, India. We strive to deliver the Products within the estimated delivery times. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

7.3 Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for the Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier and We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

7.4 Delivery Address: You must ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8.1 Cancellation by You: You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. A full refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

8.2 Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel your order for reasons including, but not limited to, unavailability of Products, errors in pricing, or payment issues. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

8.3 Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a timeframe of 5-7 business days.

9.1 Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our Products, We do not accept returns however You can request for replacement if the Products are defective or damaged upon receipt. You must notify us within 12 hours of receiving the defective or damaged Products.

9.2 Refunds: If you are eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15.2 Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana and You irrevocably consent and agree to bring forth all claims and disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

This Terms and Conditions is effective unless and until terminated by either You or www.bajajpoultry.com. You may terminate this Terms and Conditions at any time, provided that You discontinue any further use of this Platform. We may terminate this Terms and Conditions at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Platform, Such termination will be without any liability to Us. Upon any termination of the Terms and Conditions by either You or Us, You must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Platform, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the Terms and Conditions or otherwise. Our right to any Comments shall survive any termination of this Terms and Conditions. Any such termination of the Terms and Conditions shall not cancel your obligation to pay for the product already ordered from the Platform or affect any liability that may have arisen under the Terms and Conditions.
